• This demonstrates how easy it is to create your own MS Word precedents that can access results generated by Calin Professional.



• This example uses MS Word 2007 and Example 6 (Transactions Example).



• Red rings denote Left mouse button click. Blue rings denote Right mouse button click. Use player controls to pause etc.

1. Right-click the Result tabs in Calin Professional.



2. Click "Copy MS Word Merge Data location to clipboard".



3. Select "Mailings" tab in MS Word 2007.



4. Click "Select Recipients".



5. Click "Use Existing List...".



6. When the "Select Data Source" dialog opens, goto the File name edit box and Right click the mouse. This will paste the filename that you copied.



7. Click "Open".



8. When the "File Conversion" dialog opens, click Ok (Windows Default).



9. Click "Insert Merge Field".



10. Select a field and click "Insert" then "Close". Repeat this for each required field.



11. Click "Preview Results".
